Art & Selection

Curation

Art is considered as part of the space, not separate from it.

The Selection

Each piece is selected in relation to its surroundings. Scale, tone, texture and presence are evaluated together.

The intention is not to fill walls, but to create balance within the space. Works are sourced through a private network of artists, studios and collections. Nothing is taken from a catalogue. Nothing is repeated without purpose.

Selection is guided by restraint. Strong, but not overwhelming. Expressive, but controlled. Placement is as important as the work itself. Position, height and proportion are defined with precision.

“The result is not a collection, but a composition. Quiet, intentional and lasting.”

How We Select

Not a collection. A composition.

Private Network

Guided by Restraint

Selection is guided by restraint. Strong, but not overwhelming. Expressive, but controlled. Every work must earn its place.

Placement as Craft

Placement is as important as the work itself. Position, height and proportion are defined with precision. Art does not sit on the surface — it anchors the space.

Dialogue or Solitude

In some cases, a single piece is enough. In others, a dialogue is created between multiple works. Each decision is made in context. Nothing exists on its own.

Not to Fill Walls

The intention is never to fill walls. It is to create balance within the space — to give a room its defining silence.

Nothing from a Catalogue

Every work is sourced through relationships built over decades. Nothing arbitrary. Nothing available to everyone.

Art Anchors the Space

Art does not sit on the surface. Placed with precision, it holds the room — becoming as structural as the wall it inhabits.

Each decision is made in context. Nothing exists on its own.

— Maison Arte

We work with private clients, architects and collectors who understand that the right work, in the right place, defines a room for a generation.
